Chocolate brownie smoothie bowl
Welcome your next go-to bowl of goodness whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert.
This chocolate brownie bowl will satisfy your sweet tooth while still being great for you with lots of potassium from the banana and all the good fats from the avocado.
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp rice malt syrup (optional)
Toppings (all optional):
Dried rose petals
Pop all ingredients in a blender and blitz until super smooth. Make sure you blitz it well, you don’t want chunks of frozen bananas. This also helps it turn into a superb icy, creamy consistency.
Scoop into a serving bowl and add toppings. Serve immediately.
