These celebrity couples work hard to maintain their hot bods and we give you the run-down on how they achieve their killer abs, toned tums and best bums.
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo
Maroon 5 front-man and one of the four coaches on The Voice, Adam Levine stays in form with yoga. His wife, supermodel Behati Prinsloo, on the other hand, likes mixing up her fitness regime, which includes Pilates, strength training and some hiking. When she has a shoot or a big job coming up she works out four to five times a week. She has recently started enjoying yoga too.
William and Kate
Showing off her flat stomach just three months after giving birth to baby George, Kate’s secret lies in jogging and personal training sessions at the Kensington Palace gym. When not working out, she’s out walking the family dogs and hiking. She refuels with muesli bars and her mum’s smoothies.
An ex-RAF pilot, Prince William has always been in great shape. He plays several sports, including soccer (at Eton he was captain of his house team), swimming, basketball, cross country running and water polo. He enjoys doing army exercises with his brother at his home gym at Clarence House.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West
Kim went on the Atkins diet after North was born. She eats healthy fats including avocado and nuts, as well as eggs, fresh vegetables, cheese and fruit. Closer to her wedding, she was reportedly on a killer workout routine including Pilates, Barry’s boot camp and uphill hikes with her daughter in the stroller. Kanye West’s (new) workout plan involves accompanying his wife to boot camp and gym — in identical gear.
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher
While she is no longer on her five hours a day, seven days a week much-talked about routine that prepared her for her ballerina role in Black Swan, Mila still hits the gym three times a week. Her favorite outdoor sports include jet skiing and snowboarding — both high calorie burners. Mila’s indulgence is wine, which she carefully balances out with exercise. Ashton Kutcher, once a wrestler and runner, keeps fit with Jiu Jitsu.
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green
Transformers star Megan Fox and former 90210 star Brian Austin Green, enjoy tandem workout sessions with their personal trainer. Fox admits to hitting the gym at least three days a week, and favors routines that incorporate yoga and Pilates.
Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale
In between touring, Gwen likes going to the gym and lifting weights or doing a little boxing. She is not a fan of yoga or Pilates, claiming she does not have the patience for them. The singer also avoids junk food, preferring a mix of organic veggies, fruit, soymilk, and peanuts. Gavin Rossdale is likes to hit the gym.
Victoria and David Beckham
Mother of four Victoria stays trim on her petite frame by running six days a week. As well as running, she has a strenuous exercise regime under the guidance of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, whose clients include Gwyneth Paltrow, Cheryl Cole and Madonna. David Beckham, on the other hand, does not touch a single drop of alcohol and undergoes intense interval training to keep fit.
