Spice up your hot chocolate with our Night Cleanse tea and cinnamon for a delicious and nutritious winter warmer.

There’s nothing like settling down to a warm cup of hot chocolate on a chilly winter’s day, but the regular stuff is often full of  sugar, and has little or no nutritional value, so we’ve created our own and spiced it up with raw organic cocoa, dark chocolate,  raw honey and a bag of our very own SkinnyMint Night Cleanse Tea.

Here’s why our hot chocolate recipe is so nutritious.

  • Coconut milk contains unique fatty acids that aid weight loss, improve immune function, reduce heart disease risk and improve skin and hair health.
  • Organic cocoa has 300 nutritional compounds, and is one of the richest sources of antioxidants.
  • Raw honey is a much healthier sweetener than sugar, and has antioxidants, enzymes, and 22 amino acids. It is believed that amino acids increases your body’s ability to effectively process glucose.
  • Dark chocolate, on the other hand, helps with weight loss, is detoxifying and assists with heart and brain functions.
  • Cinnamon, one of the oldest known spices, has been used in traditional Chinese medicine and Indian Ayurveda for treating indigestion, diabetes, high cholesterol and colds.
  • Finally, our Night Cleanse Tea, which boasts eight powerful, natural ingredients keeps your digestive tract healthy and provides natural relief from bloating and constipation. This caffeine-free tea burns fat, curbs appetite and calms your mind.
